What Fellows Will Do

  • Learn modern AI (LLMs, agents, RAG, CV)
  • Identify real Social Enterprise use cases
  • Build AI prototypes
  • Pilot them for real-world adoption
  • Work with experienced mentors
  • Earn conversion into full-time roles

Note: This is NOT a training course. Itโ€™s hands-on applied AI, building real products.

Compensation

During Fellowship: Monthly stipend + performance-based bonus every 6 months.

After Conversion: Full-time salary + semi-annual performance bonus starting at 15% to 20% and increasing every 6 months up to 30%.
